Andrea is passionate about helping her students discover the physical, emotional, and spiritual balance of yoga, while maintaining a light-hearted, joyful, and safe environment. Her classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical condition or yoga experience.
Yoga instruction is diverse, and Andrea has been inspired by Master Teachers of many lineages of Yoga: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Para Yoga, Kripalu, among others. It’s all good -- her classes offer a variety of styles that will challenge the student, while honoring the individual abilities and aspirations. Pranayama (breath control) and Meditation are intrinsic to the Yoga practice.
