Step into your Dharma 9:30-12:30 pm

Step into your Dharma (life’s work) with fearlessness and doubtlessness! This Yoga Sadhana (practice) offers a sneak preview of what certified Para Yoga Master teachers Kathryn and Sue will offer in their 500-hour teacher training.

Tantra’s “accelerated practices” help us shine our light more brightly. Why? Because the light is our individual internal guidance, offering stability and confidence to follow the path that is our destiny.

Friday, June 26, 6 to 8:30 pm

Experience Prakati yogini and our relationship to the outer world: how to live with less drama and create space for our shakti.

Sunday, June 28, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm
Dharma, light and joy: cultivating shakti to live our Sva Dharma (individual reason for being alive)

Practices will include asana, pranayama, meditation and nidra to help us draw closer to our internal yogini (light) and rest in the waves of beauty and bliss that come with living our dharma. Both practices will have lecture about the role shakti plays in growing this light and living in deeper relationship with your deepest desire, the reason you are here, your dharma.

Tantra sadhana (practice) reweaves the fabric of life and restores it to its original pattern....The key to success is shakti – the power of soul, the power of the divine force within.... Awakening and using shakti is the goal of tantra.”

ECDC Meditation 5:00-6:30pm
A meditation and Dharma study group that is an alternative to the mainstream meditation scene.

The Elm City Dharma Collective came together in June 2007 to help bring a sense of community and sangha to Connecticut, to bring together like minded individuals for a peer meditation/dharma study group, and to support and encourage alternatives to the mainstream meditation scene that has taken root here in the West. This group is inspired by the teachings of Noah Levine and all those who 'go Against the Stream'.
