In this workshop we will discuss the meaning of Mindfulness, what it means to 'be awake', and begin to practice tools that will begin to cultivate our awareness. We will begin to look at what it truly means to pay attention and talk about how to integrate Mindfulness into every day life.
We will discuss and practice Mindfulness of Breathing, known as the 'Anapanasati Sutta'. We will also explore Mindfulness of the Body and walking meditation.
