Danielle is a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha-Tantra yoga teacher in the ParaYoga® lineage, Danielle is also certified in Mindful Yoga Therapy through Embodyoga® and Mindful Resilience Yoga Therapy for Trauma Recovery. When she is not practicing yoga, Danielle is a Health Educator at Yale University, specializing in workplace stress management.
Danielle has traveled to India with her master teachers Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Kathryn Templeton, Rolf Sovik, PsyD. and Rod Stryker, to further immerse herself in the yogic traditions, philosophy and culture. She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and over the last few years has been studying Ashtanga yoga under the direction of Suzanne Manafort.
Danielle is also a new mom and an accomplished runner who understands the balance that yoga, pranayama and meditation can bring to daily life.
