Ginger’s classes combine creative sequencing with a focus on alignment and breathe awareness. Yoga teaches us that the asana practice can help create space in the body and breath awareness can help to create space in the mind.

Her influences are her current fellow community teachers, her beloved teachers in NYC, her son Zaire, and her forever life changing experiences in Thailand.

Off the mat you can find Ginger spending time with her family and new baby, cooking, riding her bicycle or walking her dachshund.

Ginger is also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
