Typically teaching a heated Vinyasa focusing on both form and flow, Julie brings her Iyengar-based training and sense of play into the yoga classroom. You can expect to learn about form, flow, sweat, and play in Julie's class, and end with a nice rewarding savasana, because you deserve it!
Julie's journey into yoga began in 2002 as a compliment to her climbing habit. She saw yoga as challenging, and a great way to seek balance and prevent injury. Her second brush with yoga came with pre-natal yoga. There, she discovered the power of breath in yoga, life, climbing, and childbirth. After the birth of her second child, Julie sough out yoga not only for its physical benefits, but for its more inner practices (meditation and pranayama to name a few).
