Kathryn Murray, LMSW, RYT 200, began practicing yoga for stress relief in response to her work as a therapist within the criminal justice system. She immediately saw results in increased patience, better decision making and in her ability to remain calm in high-intensity situations.
Kathryn’s classes are for everyBODY, including people who’ve thought “I can’t do yoga because I’m too stiff, weak, overweight [enter any other rationalization here].” When taking her class, prepare to warm up, move, and sweat! Regardless of your age, race, gender, injury or ability, Kathryn will welcome you into class with a smile, simply for arriving on your mat.
