Laura Vasu received her yogaspirit® 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2017 and has been practicing yoga for over 18 years.
She finds that yoga is helpful in counterbalancing the effects of modern living which requires many people to sit for long periods staring at LED screens.
Laura practice focuses on postures to clear the physical and mental cobwebs of every day stresses and patterns while enlivening confidence in one’s own space on the earth.
