This series of classes will present practical techniques to let go of challenging thoughts and feelings, to discover an inner wealth of peace and well-being, and become more patient, generous and wise.

Through attending these weekly classes, you will come to practically experience the profound meaning of Buddha’s wisdom advice, empowering you to overcome your problems and find real meaning in your life. Each class includes guided meditations, practical advice on how to maintain the experience of the inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.
