Here is your chance to make that ongoing commitment to yourself. Start your day out right with a good stretch and a calm mind. We set intentions, encourage each other, and for those who make it to all the challenge classes there are "valuable prizes," but of course, the real prize is having done it!
Classes begin Tuesday, March 5 at 6:30-7:30am,
meet every weekday (M-Tu-W-Th-Fri)
