In the Yoga Sutras yoga is described as the peaceful inward flow of mind.
With so much going on outside of us it sometimes can seem difficult to attain this. Through a careful practice of asana and pranayama in which we cultivate turning inward and an increase of pranic awareness, we can more easily sit in meditation and achieve this tranquil mind. Our view of the world and our actions in the world are then guided by compassion and generosity rather than fear and doubt, anger and angst.
Join us for this practice of asana, pranayama and meditation.
Return to the world and love it more deeply.
