The coexistence of light and darkness is part of Nature's design. The interaction between these two is also natural. But when the interplay between light and darkness becomes a fight, it engenders chaos. This battle and its outcome is known as the kali yuga. We as individuals may not bring the kali yuga to an end, but definitely, through our purpose-driven, structured practice, we can create a collective consciousness powerful enough to bring about an atmosphere of inner harmony, and mutual love and cooperation.

Historically, her experiences include corporate America, MS/MPH in preventive medicine and public health, yoga teacher trainings, and broad exploration of the spiritual India. Currently, she is committed to sadhana for personal and collective transformation.
