Turning Darkness to Light w/Shelly Craigo, from the Himalayan Institute

The coexistence of light and darkness is part of Nature's design. The interaction between these two is also natural. But when the interplay between light and darkness becomes a fight, it engenders chaos. This battle and its outcome is known as the kali yuga. We as individuals may not bring the kali yuga to an end, but definitely, through our purpose-driven, structured practice, we can create a collective consciousness powerful enough to bring about an atmosphere of inner harmony, and mutual love and cooperation.

Shelly lives at the Himalayan Institute, where she studies, practices, and works closely with Pandit Rajmani Tigunait. Historically, her experiences include corporate America, MS/MPH in preventive medicine and public health, yoga teacher trainings, and broad exploration of the spiritual India. Currently, she is committed to sadhana for personal and collective transformation.
