Remembering the Divine Mother

Mother's Day will mark one year since the passing of our beloved teacher Sue Neufeld. On May 11, the day before this bittersweet anniversary, join her daughter Sara for a workshop about building strength and grace out of challenge and loss. Remember Sue by remembering the highest within yourself.

Class will include asana, meditation, relaxation and journaling, with a community meal to follow.

Admission is FREE, but please pre-register.

Bring a notebook and, if you attended the Jan. 1 workshop, bring the lists you wrote. All are welcome. 

Includes catered feast following workshop.
