Make the intention to connect with your heart, mind and body!

Every person is unique and so is the way that we process our individual thoughts and experiences. This class is intended to assist in developing a meditative practice that will allow you to connect, direct, and release energy acquired from various conditions including depression, anger, anxiety, and trauma. Class will include short, guided imagery, mindful breathing, and body awareness.

Ashley Sprowls is a United States Navy Veteran. While serving, she began practicing meditation and became so inspired by the benefits that she led groups for other service members while deployed on combat missions in Djibouti, Africa and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Currently she is a student of the Integrative Energy Medicine Institute of Milford, CT. and is studying Reiki and Shamanic Energy Healing under Interfaith Minister Chantel Guillou-Brennan. She has received certification as a Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner.
