Every person is unique and so is the way that we process our individual thoughts and experiences. This class is intended to assist in developing a meditative practice that will allow you to connect, direct, and release energy acquired from various conditions including depression, anger, anxiety, and trauma. Class will include short, guided imagery, mindful breathing, and body awareness.
