We continue to get rave reviews from members of our community and now you can treat yourself to Jim’s unique meditative sound bath created through his skillful use of steel tongue drums, handpans and vibrational frequency music to produce pitches that offer soothing and healing qualities. Sound baths aid in lowering anxiety and stress, offering a restorative effect for mind and body.

There are no yoga movements involved.
First timers are welcomed and encouraged!
We have blankets, bolsters & mats at the studio, but feel free to bring extra mats, blankets, water and a pillow if you like. Stretch out on our floor or make yourself comfortable in a chair.
